Monthly Subscriptions

• You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• After 30 days, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

Eligible for Refund

• Technical issues preventing platform access
• Service unavailability for extended periods
• Annual subscription cancellations within 30 days
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Not Eligible for Refund

• Partial month usage of monthly subscriptions
• Annual subscription cancellations after 30 days (except prorated refunds)
• Failure to achieve desired exam results
• Personal preference or change of mind
